IMPORTANT! Design World uses custom software and 3rd party services to check the content of the HTML creative for red-flags that might prohibit delivery. Due to a matrix of conditions from mail servers, firewalls, mail clients, operating systems and preference settings unique to each user, Design World acknowledges and cannot control differences in how the creative will render across device. If HTML coding time is requested, additional fees are incurred. Please contact your business development representative for more information.

  • Outlook uses an engine that has a 1728 pixel limit for the height of images displayed in an email.
  • WTWH Media recommends not using image-only emails as your HTML eblast, as these tend to load slowly or will not load at all.

DESIGN WORLD TRAINING DAYS

  • MARCH: Digital integration into motion systems
    • Manufacturing is undergoing a fundamental transformation as motion control systems evolve from standalone mechanical solutions to integrated digital ecosystems. This roundtable brings together Design World editors to explore how engineers are successfully bridging the gap between traditional motion control and modern digital infrastructure. The discussion covers real-world implementation strategies, common integration challenges, and emerging opportunities for data-driven motion optimization. Editors will share insights from their coverage of successful digital transformation projects, examining both the technical hurdles and business benefits companies are experiencing as they modernize their motion systems.
  • JUNE: Human-machine collaboration and safety roundtable
    • The evolution of safety systems from traditional guarding to collaborative motion control is reshaping how engineers design human-robot workspaces. This roundtable examines the latest developments in collaborative robotics, adaptive safety systems, and motion control strategies that enable safe human-machine interaction. Design World editors will discuss emerging safety concerns, share case studies from successful collaborative implementations, and explore how motion control technologies are adapting to support both productivity and worker safety in shared workspaces across industries.
  • SEPTEMBER: Industrial connectivity
    • Modern motion control systems require robust communication networks that can handle everything from high-speed motor control to enterprise-level data integration. This roundtable explores the current state of industrial connectivity, implementation strategies, and approaches for motion control networks. Design World editors will examine real-world connectivity options, compare protocols for certain technologies and applications, and discuss how engineers are addressing challenges such as network security, latency management, and system scalability in increasingly connected manufacturing environments.
  • DECEMBER: Energy efficiency and sustainability
    • As sustainability mandates and energy costs drive engineering decisions, motion control systems are increasingly evaluated on their environmental impact and operational efficiency. This roundtable examines practical approaches to energy-efficient motion system design, from regenerative drives and optimized motion profiles to material selection and lifecycle considerations.
